Start Time: September, 2010
Location: Tianjin University of Commerce, Tianjin City, P.R. China

Position Requirements:

1. Position: Native and professional English teacher
2. Working place: Tianjin University of Commerce, Tianjin city, P.R. China
3. Nationality: American, British, Canadian, Australian
4. Language: native English speaker, has a passion for English teaching, able to prepare teaching materials.
5. Working Experiences: one year or above, adults teaching experience is preferred.
6. Workload: full time
7. Contract Duration: one year
8. Salary: 4,500 to 6,000 RMB per month. It depends on the qualifications and experience.
   RMB 4,500 for BA degree, English native speaker;
   RMB 5,000 for MA degree, English native speaker;
   RMB 5,500 for MA degree, English native speaker, with TEFL teaching experiences more than two years;
   RMB 6,000 for MA degree, English native speaker, with TEFL & TOEFL teaching experiences more than five years.
9. Other Benefits:
   RMB 2,500 yuan one month as accommodation and transportation subsidy.
   RMB10,000 yuan for international traveling expenses (based on one year contract).

Partial Listing of Duties and Responsibilities:
1. The employee must obey the Chinese law, acts, rules and regulations of the employer. The employee should not interfere with the interior affairs of China.
2. Each week the employee's workload is 16 class hours and some reasonable coaching.
3. The employee should discuss with teaching department to select teaching material, work out syllabus and teaching plan. 
4. Each week the employee should join teaching and researching activities and the English Corner for 1-1.5 hours.
5. The employee should take office hours, e.g. checking assignments and helping students to improve their oral English (7 hours per week).
6. During the employment period the employee must complete work with guaranteed quality and accept the arrangements, instruction, checking, estimation from the employer.

4. Health Certificate if already in China (or a letter from your doctor to prove you are in good health and have no infectious diseases.)
5. Copy of the Foreign Expert Certificate if already in China
6. Copy of the Resident Permit if already in China
