Luncheon是TUC-FIU合作学院西餐实验课非常有特色的部分，也是我院校内实践教学中非常重要的实验教学过程，以培养学生的实践能力为目标，是非营利性的。本学期的西餐实验课由美籍教师Suzanne Smatt主讲，共对外开放20次，欢迎大家前来品尝。
